Due to Kevin’s extensive experience with short sale transactions he has quickly become a great resource for sellers who may be in distress, as well as for his colleagues and other industry professionals. He and the team of vendors he has chosen to work with have helped numerous seller-clients improve their financial situation through his expertise of the short sale process and his ability to negotiate. Kevin has founded The Chicago Short Sale Team to assist homeowners who are in distress and to help them avoid foreclosure. Kevin also is a specialist with Wachovia and World Savings short sales. There are new programs in place for these homeowners, and Kevin has the expertise to close these transactions allowing his clients to move on with their lives.
When Kevin is not working, he is enjoying one of Chicago’s neighborhood restaurants or volunteering. Kevin is dedicated to giving back to the Chicago community. He spends much of his time doing charity fundraising and volunteer work. He is the President of the Executive Board of the @properties Friends and Neighbors Community Fund, which supports neighborhood charities with their Education, Youth Development, and Homelessness initiatives.
